I was very disappointed with my purchase. First of all, I was conned by their promotional material as it said if you buy 4 cases you get free shipping! It wasn't until I hit purchase and got my confirmation email that the shipping price was added on and it was $50!!!! I have never paid this much to ship anything and my dad only paid $75 for 300kg worth of stock from overseas.. so that's insane.
Supposedly the high shipping cost is due to me being in Australia and it having to be express shipping. Which still took 6 "working days" or 8 days in total! I didn't think I was paying shipping at all! I contacted them straight after the purchase and by the time I received a response it was "too late" as my custom order had been processed.
I received my cases today. I was very unhappy with how it looks like just a sticker on a clear case and is very 2 dimensional, when the photos on the website make the cases seem 3D in their imagery.
Finally. The surprise gifts which were so hyped up and in the images on the website they boast extra phone chargers and similiar larger items, my 3 free gifts included some stickers, some postcards and a plain white phone stand which would ruin the point of having a custom case if I put it on my phone! So really, just throw away items... was it worth the $168 I paid. Not even close!!!! Never again.
Go case has some of the best cases that you can customize. You really won’t find them anywhere else.

When I received my case I was pleased and satisfied and very impressed by the quality of the product, they take so much time and pride to there products. I chose the Prisma Initial Case. It's soft, flexible, and snaps onto the phone with ease. Looks very nice, black with pink writing, and the first name is printed on the bottom as well. Nice personal touch.
Gocase is definitely heavy on customer satisfaction. My first order was lost and my order delayed for weeks. I received a recorded apology from the owner and they immediately replaced the original and expedited shipment, including a free gift for the trouble.
I bought couple times from gocase, everytime the products come in fancy package, the products are high quality and unique, plus everytime there was an extra gift.
Simply they are the best.
I’m more than pleased with the outcome of receiving my items and free gifts.
The order didn't arrive, but GoCase sent another package and that one I received. I liked the case, however one of the cases had too light colours and my name was barely noticeable. They sent me an email and offered to send me another one. Excellent costumer service!
